Returns We want you to love your House Of PG purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from damage, stains, or odors
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at The.1house.of.page@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Gift cards
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at The.1house.of.page@gmail.com and we'll make it right immediately.
